Obituary of Cristino Arcari

Cristino Arcari, beloved husband of Giuseppina of Calgary, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2007 at the age of 79 years. Born in Sepino, Italy on April 10, 1928, Cristino immigrated to Canada in 1963. He also married the love of his life Giuseppina in 1963. They moved to Field, BC where he worked for Parks Canada for fourteen years. Cristino is survived by his three children and their spouses, Mario and Karey, Antonio and Tracey, Maria and Chris; and two grandchildren, Meagan and Ryan. He is also survived by a brother Antonio (Irene) Arcari; and sisters-in-law, Maria (Paolo) Franco, Rosa Tiberio, Angiolina (Domenic) Parente, and Annunziata Morrone, all of Calgary, Carmela Morrone of Medicine Hat, and Concetta Ferrante of Sepino, Italy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Giuseppina in 1984; and his sister Giuseppina of Sepino, Italy. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10827 – 24th Street S.W.) on Friday, June 1, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
