Obituary of Frank Smadis
Frank Smadis passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 20, 2007, surrounded by his family.
His brief battle with cancer was faced with courage, dignity and faith. He was a kind and gentle man who was very devoted to his family. Frank will be sadly missed, but he will forever be in our hearts. Left to mourn his loss are his devoted wife and best friend Elsie; sons, Kevin and Doug; and daughter-in-law Patti. He will also be lovingly remembered by his two sisters, Vicky (Ernie) Montpetit and Adeline (Jim) Lemiski; and his brother Morris (Irene) Smadis, all of Edmonton; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by his mother Mary in 1976 and father Joseph in 1986.
