Obituary of Noemi Chiesa

It is with great sadness that we announce that our dear sister, auntie and friend, Noemi Chiesa passed away peacefully at the Bow View Manor, on Wednesday May 16, 2007, at the age of 95 years. Noemi was born in Michel, BC, on July 18, 1911, and moved to Beaver Mines with her family at the age of five. As a young girl she worked in Pincher Creek and then moved to Calgary in 1943 where she resided until her passing. Noemi was well known for her love of travelling, home cooked meals, baking, sewing, painting, paper tole and her great sense of humour.
