Obituary of Kelsey Dawn Youngman

Kelsey was born on July 20, 1987 and passed away at the tender age of 19 years at the Peter Lougheed Center on May 5, 2007. She attended the Milo School and loved making crafts, and her favourite sport was basketball. She loved spending time with her dad, and enjoyed golfing, fishing and hunting together. She was looked up to by her younger sisters and brother as a role model, whom they will miss very much. Kelsey was predeceased by her grandmothers, Delphine Black Rider and Margaret Big Snake; sisters Kayla Faye Youngman and Cori Youngman; and her Aunt Eleanor Big Snake. Kelsey is survived by her parents Sharon and Derwin Youngman. She is also survived by her sisters Candice, Krissy, Alisha, Joenie, and brother Kobe; Grandfathers Dennis Black Rider SR., and Donald McMaster; Uncles Dennis Black Rider (Trudy), Quinn (Julia), Clayton (Kendra), Byron (Janet), Harley Youngman (Verna), Rory; Aunts Katie (Russell Sr.), Denise (Tom), Tracy (Warren), Germaine (Donald), Tanya (Les), Donalda (Mark III); Lena Big Plume and her family; a very special aunt Louise Pretty Young Man (Jason); and special friend Paul Russell; extended families of Black Rider, Crow Chief, Big Snake, Sitting Eagle, Pretty Young Man, McMaster, Poor Eagles, Weasel Child, and Water Chief. Wake Services will be held at the residence of Sharon and Derwin Youngman on Sunday, May 13, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (Siksika Nation, AB) on Monday, May 14, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside service to follow at the Little Washington Cemetery.
