Cherished memories of Sheldon, he left with us are, he participated in rodeos in the boy’s steer riding as a young boy and the bull riding event, especially volunteering to represent the Wesley Administration in the businessmen’s cow riding. Other achievements were obtaining grade school and high school education in Morley and Exshaw schools, but his true desire was to be adventurous in the outdoors. This was evident in his obtaining his wilderness big game guiding license. Sheldon loved to hunt and fish as well as work outdoors, repairing fences and working with horses. He also participated in the Ta Otha Ride from Morley to the Big Horn Reserve. Sheldon was a caring and giving person and never put himself first. He especially loved to make people laugh by telling funny stories and teasing with everyone.
