Obituary of Bill Lupuliak

Bill’s family is saddened to announce his passing on Wednesday, May 2, 2007, due to cancer. Bill worked for many years until his retirement from Air Canada and recently with Calgary Co-op #2. He was a long time member and golfer at the Calgary Elks Lodge and Golf Club. He was also an avid curler at the North Hill and Calgary Curling clubs. Bill was the beloved husband for nearly forty-six years of Verna (nee Segstro); father of Debra June and Susan Kim (Darryl) Burgess and proud grandfather of William and Caelan Burgess. Also left to mourn his passing is sister-in-law Diana Lupuliak of Chinook; brother-in-law Jack (Hazel) Segstro of Carstairs as well as many nieces, nephews and their families. A Remembrance Service will be held at the Elks Golf and Country Club, 2502 – 6th Street N.E., Calgary, AB on Sunday, May 6, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Special thanks to the nurses and chaplain at the Chinook Hospice Center in Calgary.
