Obituary of Iriss Nowak

Iriss Nowak, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away at the Sarcee Hospice on April 26, 2007 after her battle with cancer at the age of 77 years. Iriss was born in Riga, Latvia on February 23, 1930. Iriss? creative nature was well expressed through her needlepoint, paintings, and gardening. She was survived by her son John and his wife Jennifer (nee Hannigan) Nowak, her two granddaughters Alison and Jillian Nowak. She will be missed by her family and many friends at the Friendship Manor. A special thank you is due to the fine staff at the Sarcee Hospice and her personal physician Dr. Mitha.
