Andrew Kuntz

Obituary of Andrew Kuntz

Andrew John Michael Kuntz suddenly passed away of complications of Polyendocrinopathy at the tender age of 22 years on April 16, 2007. Andrew was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, April 4, 1985 and spent most of his childhood in Yellowknife, NT, a place he was proud to call home. He was our first boy, our first grandchild, our golden-haired love that bounded with energy and curiosity. His father was his hero and his mother his protector. Every sport that could be tried, Andrew attempted with gusto, however, his gift was writing. From a young age, he thrived on story telling and creative writing with inspiration and maturity beyond his years. His brothers were his best friends and he helped give them strength and memories. Andrew’s life was enriched by his grandparents whether at the farm with George and Loretta or at Candle Lake with John and Gloria. Andrew is lovingly remembered by his mother, Pattie Pryma; brothers, Spencer and Kole Kuntz; maternal grandparents, John and Gloria Pryma; paternal grandparents, George and Loretta Kuntz and by many family members and friends who knew and loved him. He was predeceased by his father Michael Kuntz. “If tears can build a stairway and memories a lane, I’d walk right up to heaven and see your smile again.” The family invites you to share and honour your special memories of Andrew at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Thursday, April 19, 2007 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
