Obituary of Robert Cecil Alcorn

Robert (Bob) Cecil Alcorn, beloved husband of Fran Alcorn of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2007 at the age of 76 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. Besides his loving wife of fifty-three years Fran, Bob is survived by his children, Greg and his wife Edie of Edmonton, AB, Joanne and her husband Laurie Fequet of Keoma, AB, Bill and his wife Barb of Calgary; eight grandchildren, Deanne, Nicole, Mackenzie, Lauren, Kimberley, Brian, Brett, and Brandon; and two great-grandchildren, Cheyann and Coltan. He is also survived by two brothers, Ralph (Lucille) and Sydney; and two sisters, Lynda (Glenn) and Andi (Wayne). A Celebration of Bob’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
