Obituary of Rosie Taylor

Rosie Taylor, beloved wife of Bruce Taylor of 38 years, passed away at the Rosedale Hospice on Friday March 23, 2007, after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her daughter Tracey Stevenson; son Keith (Yasmine) Taylor; four wonderful grandchildren, Brett and Jessica Stevenson and Andon and Sadie Taylor. Rosie was blessed to have many brothers and sisters. Rosie grew up in Creston, BC, before coming to Calgary to start her working career. Rosie had a passion for travel, having been around the world, enjoying many trips from Florida to L.A. Rosie’s love of photography filled many albums with these adventures. She was a loved member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church where she volunteered her time for many years. She was an active member of the Circle of Friends and an eager participant of the Krafty Kwilters group. Rosie met many long term friends while on assignment at Nova. Rosie touched the hearts of many, her strong will and generous heart will be missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church (1100 Berkshire Boulevard N.W.) on Thursday March 29, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
