Obituary of Orville Kenneth McClintock

Orville Kenneth (Ken) McClintock of Calgary passed away on Friday, March 23, 2007 at the age of 81 years. Ken was born on November 23, 1925 in Edenwold, SK and moved to Calgary when he was a young man. Ken enjoyed a long career as a sheet metal worker. He had worked on many projects, but the ones most prominent in his mind were the Shell Building and Foothills Medical Centre. Ken enjoyed curling, leather tooling, woodworking, gardening, camping, fishing, lawn bowling, and playing cards. Ken is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law Connie and David Laing of Calgary, Carla Fiorentino of Calgary, five grandchildren, Anthony Fiorentino, and Carson, Caley, Austin, and Pierce Laing. He is also survived by his siblings, Doris Brisebois, Marj Koch, Helen Hodel, Evelyn Warner, Elma MacMillan, Ernie McClintock; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Bill McClintock. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.) on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
