Obituary of James John Harris

Jim Harris of Calgary, resident of Bethany Care Centre and before that of the Vernon Fanning Care Centre, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at the Rockyview Hospital at the age of 70 years. Jim was born in Calgary, AB on Friday, November 6, 1936 at the Holy Cross Hospital. Jim will be remembered for his love of reading and his vast knowledge of many subjects including Canadian politics. Jim is survived by his loving mother, Annie Harris; his sister and brother-in-law Evanthia and Tony Iuliani; his niece Anne Marie, his two nephews Luigi and Michael (Rhiannon); as well as a great nephew Campbell. Jim was predeceased by his father Tony Harris; and his maternal grandparents Michael and Eva Sirovyak.
