Obituary of Jerome Michael Offredi

Jerry Offredi, beloved husband of Betty Offredi of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at the age of 76 years. Jerry was born on March 15, 1931 in Santa Barbara, CA. After completing High School, Jerry served in the US Airforce. During his service time, Jerry met Betty in San Bernardino where she was working as a nurse. He then worked as an oil seismic worker in the Gulf of Mexico. Soon after returning to California, Jerry and Betty were married. In 1965 they moved to Calgary to start a new life. Jerry worked with AGT for twenty-four years as a Technician, retiring in 1990. He loved to spend time with his family, especially quality time with his grandchildren playing cards, watching movies and playing imagination games. Jerry never met a donut he didn’t like. Besides his loving wife Betty, Jerry is survived by his children and their spouses, Sheryl and John Dewit, David and Bonnie Offredi; and three grandchildren, Matthew, Mark and Amy. He is also survived by his sister Irma. Jerry was predeceased by his son Michael in 1965.
