Obituary of Pietro Sartori

Pietro (Pete) Sartori, beloved husband of Margaret Sartori, of Calgary passed away on March 13, 2007 at the age of 78 years. Pietro was born on October 20, 1928 in Rosa Vicenza, Italy. In 1956 he immigrated to Canada, settling in Calgary, AB. Pietro worked as a steel worker for thirty years, retiring in 1992. In his spare time Pietro enjoyed gardening, wine making and a good meal with his family. Besides his loving wife Pietro is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, George and Julie Sartori; Sergio and Tracey Sartori and Gian Paul Sartori; three grandchildren, Sarah, Alexander and Breanna. He is also survived by three brothers, Angelo, Mario and Alberto; and five sisters, Elena, Bertilla, Agnese, Iolanda and Assunta. Pietro was predeceased by his parents and two brothers.
