Obituary of Jack Patterson

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father Jack Patterson, on Friday, March 9, 2007, at the age of 71 years. Over the past few days what we have heard has solidified what we have always known – our father was truly a wonderful man, and will be greatly missed. His kindness, generosity and great sense of humour touched all who knew him. Jack is survived by his two daughters and sons-in-law, Leanne and Wayne Wilson, and Lisa and Glenn Brand; his son and daughter-in-law Dave and Sofia Patterson; his three grandchildren, Tyler, Demetri and Penelope; as well as his sister Elaine. He was predeceased by his wife Betty and his brother James. True to the Irish way, a celebration of Jack’s life will be held at the family residence on Saturday, March 17, 2007, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A special thank you goes out to the staff at the South Calgary Dialysis Centre.
