Obituary of Robert Lenard Joseph Beaver

Robert (Bob) Beaver beloved husband of Marion Beaver (nee Kijewski) passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 22, 2007 at the age of 73 years. Bob was born in Montreal, QC on January 6, 1934 to Stella Splude and Sydney Beaver. Beloved husband of fifty-three years to Marion, Bob was also a loving father to his sons, Terry (Pam), Bob (Gwen Newell), and Tim Beaver and daughter Cheryl (Andrew) Hookey. Grampa (our hero) will be greatly missed by his granddaughters, Lisa Straus, Rachel Ott and Tanis Beaver and by his grandsons, Luke and Ben Desnoyers, David Straus, Devin Ott and Bobby, Quinn and Wyatt Beaver. Also left to cherish Bob’s memory are his sisters, Stella, Joan, Vicky and Darlene, as well as other beloved family and many friends from his service in the R.C.E.M.E and as a Detective with the Calgary City Police. Bob was predeceased by both his parents, and by his brothers, Jack and Bill.
