Obituary of Mary Bannon

Mary Lucille Bannon, beloved wife of John Bannon of Olds passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at the age of 85 years. Mary was born October 28, 1921 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. She married John Bannon on October 11, 1950. Besides her loving husband John, Mary is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Velda McQuiston; five grandchildren, Jamie (Diane), Robbie (Sara), Ian, Beverly and Karene (Sean); five great-grandchildren, Christopher, Darrianne, Janelle, Brooklyn and Bobby; as well as several cousins. Mary was predeceased by her father E.D. Lockhart, mother Caroline, step-mother Lilian, brother Louis and sister Maxine. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. The family extends their thanks to Dr. Hoeve, Dr. Lacoo, Dr. Weidrick and the wonderful staff at Olds Hospital.
