Obituary of Linda Vandergucht
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Vandergucht on Monday, February 19, 2007 at the age of 59 years.
Linda was born and raised in Estevan, SK and moved to Calgary after her marriage to George Vandergucht. She had a love of flowers that eventually became her passion and her career. For the past twenty-five years, Linda worked in the floral industry. Linda was an angel to all who had the opportunity to know her, she will be greatly missed by all her family and friends, which were one in the same.
I am grateful for the time I spent with her and will miss her.

Linda will be forever remembered by her three daughters and sons-in-law, Robin and Keith Freney, Janice and D’Arcy Norman, and Kary and Tim Ohlhauser, all of Calgary, AB; and by her grandchildren, Katan, Kirin, Jaden, Evan, Dallas, Cameron and Sarah. She is also survived by her mother Ivy Hitchcock of Estevan, SK; brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Trudy of Regina, SK; nephew Drew and by her niece Briony. Linda was predeceased by her father Cecil Hitchcock.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, February 26, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
