Obituary of Linda Elaine LARKINS

October 20, 1950 – Calgary, Alberta Linda Larkins, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the age of 67 years, following a courageous battle with an aggressive form of Parkinson’s. Linda, a third generation Calgarian, loved the City, people and numbers. She had many hobbies including scrapbooking, travelling and selling Avon, which she did for 40 years. Many of those customers became her closest friends. Her favorite trips were with her mother to places like Scotland, where they met distant relatives. We, her family and friends were blessed to share in her love, kindness and caring for other people. Linda was a loving daughter, mother, nana, sister, friend and wife. She is survived by her husband Pat, her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Nicole Monk; her daughter and son-in-law, Jenn and Lee Gill; seven grandchildren and a large extended family. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street S.E., Calgary, AB) on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
