Obituary of Kathleen Jeffery

Kathleen (Kay) B. Jeffery passed away at the Rockyview General Hospital, on Thursday, February 1, 2007, at the age of 89 years. Kay was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who was always supportive of her family. She was a remarkable person. We love her dearly and will miss her. She was fortunate to have many good friends, some of whom she had the pleasure of knowing most of her life, from her days growing up at the ranch in Millarville and her early years in Calgary. She was predeceased by her husband Bern; parents Jennie Louise and Carlton James King; sister Helen Kelly; brother Russell King; and nephew Fred Kelly. Kay is survived by her son Keith (Krisanna) and his sons Ben and Jon; son Ken (Marilyn) and their children Lora and Graham; niece Carol Johnson; nephew Bob Kelly, and their families; nephew Alan King; Fred Kelly’s family; and her extended family Wendy White, Simon Daniells and Alyssa Goad.
