Obituary of Martha Atkinson

Martha “Patricia” Atkinson of Calgary passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at the age of 89 years. Patricia had a strong faith and was a very active and devoted member of Christ Church for almost sixty years. She was also a volunteer for the Red Cross and Y.W.C.A. Patricia graduated from the Saskatoon Business College and was actively involved with running the family pharmacy in Saskatoon. She was devoted to her family and her many friends gave her much happiness. Her commitment to her family and her generosity vastly enriched the lives of her children, grandchildren, and her nieces and nephews. Pat was a very gracious lady who faced the many challenges of her life with quiet courage and selflessness. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Wayne Evans, Kerri and Carmelo Scigliano; a son Deane; and three grandchildren, David and Jonathan Evans and Gabriel Scigliano, all of Calgary. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur. We will forever celebrate her loving spirit.
