Obituary of Ronald Kenneth Russell

Ronald Kenneth (Russ) Russell of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2007 at the age of 76 years. Russ served with the Canadian Air Force for twenty-seven years and then later was employed with the Alberta Children’s Hospital. He was an avid golfer, bowler and thoroughly enjoyed hiking and square dancing. Russ will be forever remembered by his a son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Beverley Russell of Turner Valley, AB; a daughter and son-in-law, Lorretta and Roger Bouliane of Calgary; four grandchildren, Erin, Robbie, Melissa and Steven; and by his two great grandchildren, Abrian and Liam. He is also survived by his brother Roy Russell of Calgary and by his sister and brother-in-law, Ina and Jack Phillips of Wetaskiwin, AB. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Thursday, February 1, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at the Rocky View Garden of Peace.
