Obituary of Kaye Thorn

Kaye Thorn beloved wife of Henry Thorn of Calgary passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2007 days after her 87th birthday. Kaye was born on January 16, 1920 and was raised in Ontario. She married Lyle Huck and came to Alberta in the early 1950’s. Kaye worked part time at the Bay for over thirty years. While on a bowling tournament, she met and later married Henry Thorn in 1987. Besides her loving husband Henry, Kaye is survived by her children Terry (Tony) Pigat of Lethbridge, AB, Joe Huck, Dianne Boettcher and Elizabeth (Joe) Gale all of Calgary; ten grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. Kaye is also survived by three sisters, Jean, Claire and Joan all of Ontario. She was predeceased by her first husband Lyle Huck in 1969 and five brothers, Bill, Lloyd, Larry, Bud, and Len Parker.
