Ted Lichon

Obituary of Ted Lichon

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected passing of our dear brother, uncle and son on Saturday, January 20, 2007 at the age of 40 years. Ted grew up in the Warburg/Breton area enjoying baseball, basketball and the company of friends. After graduation, he attended NAIT and received his Petroleum Engineering Technology diploma. He had spent the rest of his professional life working in the oil and gas industry in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Through the years, he met and worked with a lot of individuals where he formed many lifelong friendships. One of the measures of success in Ted’s life was his commitment to his career. Another hallmark of Ted’s personality was his infectious laugh and how he made others laugh with his comical antics. Ted will be greatly missed by his loving family including his mother Kazia; sisters Irene and Rose; brother-in-law Terry, and nephew Jared. We know that those who knew Ted share our profound loss and grief. A Celebration of Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
