Obituary of Jose Reina-Martinez

Jose Reina-Martinez (Pepe), beloved husband of the late Maria Reina-Martinez of Calgary passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2007, at the age of 89 years. Jose was born in Fuente Almo, Spain on January 22, 1917. He was raised in Barcelona, Spain. Jose immigrated to Canada in 1951, moved to Calgary in 1953 and married Maria in 1956. Jose is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Rosita and Paul Bugden; son and daughter-in-law, Eduardo and Elsie Muñoz; two grandsons, Cory and Wayde, as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Canada and Spain. He was predeceased by his wife Maria in 1984 Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Wednesday, January 10, 2007, at 12:30 p.m. Graveside Service to follow in Garden of Heritage at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
