Obituary of Patricia Gwendolyn Anderson

Patricia (Pat) Gwendolyn Anderson of Calgary, formerly of Ottawa, passed away peacefully, after a courageous four-year battle with congestive heart failure, on Thursday, December 21, 2006 at the age of 83 years. Pat is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Jim and Gillian; a daughter Gail MacKinnon; eight grandchildren, Jereme (Casandra), Samantha (Aaron), Ashley, Andrew (Darcy), Jennifer (Sean), Paula, Caroline, and Cathy (Rick); and great-grandchildren, Ian and Annalise. She is also survived by two sisters, Muriel Prosser of Whitby, ON and Gloria Schuk (Larry) of Abbotsford, BC. Pat was predeceased by her husband James Nairn Anderson in 1993; daughter Marjory in 1997; and son-in-law Dave MacKinnon in 2003; three brothers; and two sisters. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. Graveside Service to take place at Pinecrest Cemetery (Ottawa, ON) at a later date.
