Obituary of Thomas Langmuir
Thomas (Tom) Langmuir beloved husband of Anita Langmuir of Calgary, passed away quietly at the Rockyview General Hospital on Saturday, December 16, 2006 at the age of 79 years.
Tom was born on August 10, 1927 in Rimbey, AB. He worked for UGG for twenty-six years, building, moving and restoring elevators. He also received his mechanist and boiler certification from SAIT. On retirement he crafted his love to all through his stained glasswork.
Besides his loving wife Anita, Tom is survived by his three daughters, Christine (Gerry) Monea of Falun, AB, Colleen (Lorne) Armstrong of Lethbridge, AB, and Belinda (Ed) McArthur of Calgary; son Kirk (Natalie) of High River, AB; eleven grandchildren, Troy (Holly), Robyn (Chris), Kristen, Dalyce, Michael, Tyler, Cale, Gillian, Emily, Thomas (T.C.) and Paige; and one great grandson Zayden. He is also survived by his three brothers, one sister and numerous nieces and nephews.
