Obituary of Matthew Griffin

Matthew (Matt) Frederick Griffin of Calgary passed away Monday December 11, 2006 at the age of 21 years. Matthew was born on June 9, 1985 in New Westminster, BC, and grew up in Coquitlam. He moved to Penticton in 1996 and came to Calgary in 1997 where he attended Springbank and Ernest Manning schools. He worked in the construction industry and recently found his niche installing hardwood floors. Matthew was a very social person from an early age. He always relied upon his friends for advice or help and was very loyal to them. Matthew is survived by his father Brad Griffin of Meadow Bank, AB; his brother Andrew (Christine); his sister Sarah both of Calgary; his mother Donna Wilson and step-father Mike Noblett; his step-sisters Caitlind and Courtney, all of Calgary; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
