Obituary of Wilfrid McIvor

Wilfrid Francis McIvor of Calgary, passed away at the Brentwood Care Centre on Saturday, December 9, 2006 at the age of 105 years. Wilfrid was born in Calgary, N.W.T. (now Alberta). He resided in the Longview, Turner Valley area and spent many years working in northern Alberta. Wilfrid is survived by five sons, Bob (Dale), Dennis (Arlene), Terry (Ann), Wayne (Ruby) and Brian; four daughters, Sharon (Barry), Yvonne, Andrea (Bill) and Linda (Don); one sister, Helen Reimer of Edmonton and brother-in-law M. Austin of Calgary; eighteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Jean in 1999; two brothers Alphonse and Tom; four sisters, Anna, Kathleen, Clare, Isabel.
