Obituary of Charlotte Mary Ross

Charlotte Mary Ross (nee Stevenson) passed away on December 6, 2006 at the age of 64 years. Charlotte was born on February 16, 1942 in Hamilton, Ontario. She married John Ross on March 30, 1961, and they lived and worked in the rural Selkirk, ON area before moving to Calgary in 1980. Charlotte was very generous with her time and hard work in her community. She volunteered countless hours for the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Lung Association, and served as treasurer for local community associations. Charlotte was a member of ‘Creative Fingers/- a knitting and crafting group benefiting the less fortunate, and was a member of the Red Hatters. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, and a friend to many. Charlotte will be lovingly remembered by her husband John, and sons Steven, Robin and Randy, all of Calgary. She will also be missed by her sister Maggie Moore of Hamilton, ON; niece Shelley of Stoney Creek, On; and her many chosen grandchildren.
