Obituary of Alfred Gallant

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, Alfred James Joseph Gallant on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at the age of 71 years. Alf worked most of his career in the oil and gas industry. He made many friends and earned their respect through his hard work and dedication. He will be sadly missed by all. Besides his loving wife Delma (Del), Alf is survived by his three sons and daughters-in-law, Terry (Yvette), Mark (Lori Ann) and Ron (Kim) all of Calgary; his three granddaughters, Kirstie, Rebecca and Jennifer; numerous brothers and sisters; as well as his two fuzzy four legged friends, Ginger and Digger. Alf was predeceased by his parents Leo and Mary and his son Allen Wade. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Thursday, December 7, 2006 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name Catholic Church (2223 – 34th Street S.W.) on Friday, December 8, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev.
