Obituary of Eva Loda Smith

Eva L. Smith (Johnstone) born in Secretan, SK, in 1924, passed away at home on Thursday, November 30, 2006. Survived by her beloved children, Vicki of Calgary, AB, Wendi (David) of Nanaimo, BC, Patti (Dennis) of Calgary, AB, son Kelli of Calgary, AB; five granddaughters; three grandsons; and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband James; son Ricki; and two granddaughters. Her green thumb was evident both inside and out. She loved her plants, flowers, garden, and the Calgary Flames. Children: Do not weep for me, I’m only sleeping, and I’m ready to join Dad. We’ll be waiting for the time when we can all be together again as a “Happy Family”. I Love You Dearly!!
