Obituary of Raymond John Beynon

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ray Beynon, our dear husband, father, uncle and friend, after a hard-fought battle against cancer. Born in Mimico, Ontario, Ray was raised with his sister and brother. He left Ontario and moved to Waterton Park where he met the love of his life- Nora Caldwell. They had a beautiful daughter together, who was taken from them early in her life. They moved to Calgary where they made a life together, and Ray’s career took off as a carpenter and building operator. For those who knew him best, Ray will always be remembered as a man of honesty, integrity, and unfailing devotion to the family he loved, beyond all else. Ray will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held at the Downtown Friendship Center (in the library) on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
