Obituary of Angelo Sasso

Angelo Sasso of Calgary passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at the age of 96 years. Angelo was born on January 23, 1910 in Exshaw, AB. He was an active member of the Exshaw Legion and Our Lady of Grace Young Seniors Club and was a dedicated member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church. Angelo enjoyed golfing and fishing, as well as being outdoors. Angelo was a loving husband and uncle who will be greatly missed. Angelo is survived by his nieces whom he considered as his own, Valerie Sasso (Gordon Thorgeirson), of Calgary, and Cathy (Bill) Kwas, of Airdrie. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Marguerite Sasso, of Airdrie; three great-nieces Nykol, Jennifer and Jessica; and one great-nephew Scott. Angelo was predeceased by his brother Valentino Sasso; his first wife Eva; and his second wife Margaret.
