Obituary of Dean Leonard Kwasnicki

Dean Leonard Kwasnicki, beloved husband of Pam and father to Laine and Dylan of Hanna, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at the age of 38 years. Dean was born on January 28, 1968 in Calgary. He was a fun-loving and fearless guy who enjoyed the outdoors, camping and living life to the fullest. Dean had a lifelong dream of owning his own OK Tire Store – a dream he fulfilled by owning OK Tire in Hanna and took great pride in its operation. Dean married Pam Crow in July 1997 and together they worked to build their dream and raise their children. He was a volunteer with the Hanna Volunteer Fire Department and enjoyed the company of many good friends. Besides his loving wife Pam and daughter Laine (4) and son Dylan (2), Dean is survived by his parents Len and Bev Kwasnicki of Calgary; brother and sister-in-law Greg and Diane Kwasnicki and their children, Reid and Blake of Chilliwack, BC; and sister and brother-in-law Lee-Anne and Rick Thornton and children, Brandon, Shannon and Clayton of Okotoks; and his grandmother Phena Havard (Kwasnicki) of Calgary. He is also survived by Pam’s parents Betty and Walter Crow of Bawlf, AB; and Pam’s sister Marilyn Crow (Curtis Shuman) of Stettler, AB; and brother Cameron (Melody) Crow and family, Brandon, Jake and Mady, all of Nanaimo, BC. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Charles and Olive Monteith and Adam Kwasnicki. A Celebration of Dean’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, November 17, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
