Obituary of Jose Dorego

Jose Dorego, beloved husband of Jovima of Calgary, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2006 at the age of 79 years. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving husband, father and grandfather Jose Dorego. Jose was born in Rabo De Peixo, Sao Miguel, Acores on May 29, 1927. He immigrated to Canada in 1957 to make a better life for his family. He will always be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years Jovima; his daughters and sons-in-law, Maria and Joao, Armanda and Jose; his grandchildren, Marco, Mario, Alexsondrie and Gregory; his sister Maria Jose of Calgary; his brothers Jose Domingos of the U.S.A. and Antonio of the Acores; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Jose was predeceased by his mother, Maria De Jesus Andrada, his father Jose Marcos Dorego, his stepmother Angelina Anselmo; and his sister Maria De Jesus Dorego. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at Our Lady Of Fatima Catholic Church (4747 – 30th Street S.E.) Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady Of Fatima Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
