Obituary of Douglas Roy Allen

Douglas (Doug) Roy Allen beloved husband of Taeko, of Calgary passed away peacefully on Monday, November 6, 2006 at the age of 77 years. Doug was born in Standard, AB on October 14, 1929. He sold real estate from the 1960?s to 1975 and later owned hotels in Clareholm, Strathmore, Coutts, and Nanton, AB. Besides his loving wife of twenty-seven years, Doug will be missed by his three sons Rob, Fortune (Jason), and Sheldon; and a daughter Adelle; he is also survived by his sisters Katie and Millie of BC. Doug was predeceased by his brothers, Jack and Don. A Service was held on Friday, November 10, 2006. Arrangements in care of McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.).
