Obituary of Harold Bentz

Harold (Harry) Bentz, beloved husband, father and grandfather of Calgary, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2006 at the age of 76 years, following a courageous battle with cancer. Harry was born on October 8, 1930 in Leader, SK. He worked for the City of Calgary Sanitation Department for 25 years. Harry is survived by his wife Myrtle, daughter Tammy, and grandsons Brent and Trevor. He will also be missed by his brothers Roy and Gus (Vi); sisters Irene and Lena; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. p.m. with the Rev.
