Obituary of Philomene Brigite Garrioch

Philomene (Phyllis) Brigite Garrioch of Calgary, passed away after a long and courageous battle with Lupus disease on Saturday, October 21, 2006 at the age of 52 years. Phyllis was born on April 6, 1954 in Winnipeg, MB. She was a long time friend of Bill W. Her caring nature led her to a love of making gadgets and gizmos for handicapped people whom were wheelchair bound. Phyllis is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Manivan Hanslip and their children, Wynona and Helen, all of Winnipeg, MB. She is also survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Wally and Brenda Garrioch of Medicine Hat, AB, and Abe Garrioch and Shirley Schaffer of Regina, SK; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Terry Garrioch. At Phyllis’ request, no Funeral Service will be held. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
