Obituary of Rosa Zimmer

It is with great love and deep sorrow that the family announces the passing of Rosa Zimmer in Calgary, AB. Rosa was predeceased by her loving husband Albert in 1978. She is remembered in love by her two daughters, Susan (Bob) Zimmer-Morisset of Calgary and Sonia (Gerry) Rigoni of Chicago, IL; her two granddaughters, Ingrid (Chris) George and Krista (Keith) Zschogner; and her three great-grandchildren, Nicola, Anna and Noah. She is also survived by her two sisters, Maria Echle and Juliana Weiss; brother Joseph Himmelsbach, living in the Black Forest of Germany; as well as her extended family living in Calgary. Rosa lived fifty-one years in Toronto, ON, worked in the hospitality industry and also won many sales awards and distinctions with AVON Canada. The family would like to thank all the angels at the Beverly Centre Lake Midnapore who loved and cared for Rosa until her final breath. “God has you in his keeping; we have you forever in our hearts.” A Celebration of Rosa’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Thursday, October 5, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev.
