Obituary of Bradley Thomas Fritzler

Bradley (Brad) Thomas Fritzler of Calgary passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2006 at the age of 33 years, as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Brad was born on February 10, 1973 in Calgary. In 1979 the family moved to Saskatoon where Brad attended River Heights Elementary School and Marion Graham Collegiate. Subsequently the family moved to North Delta, BC where Brad completed High School. In 1993 he moved to Calgary and later worked in the oil patch in Drayton Valley. In 2003 Brad returned to Calgary where he resided until his death. He was an avid billiards player and had belonged to a pool league. Brad will be dearly missed by his loving children Natasha age 10 and Troy age 7, the children’s mother Lisa Fritzler, all of Drayton Valley; parents Bev and Bob Fritzler; sister Heather Fritzler; and special friend Laura Vanderkracht all of Calgary. He is also survived by an aunt and two uncles, Shirley and Merv Rockel of Rocky Mountain House, AB and Lyle Gray of Kelowna, BC; cousins, Lyle (Jenn) Greer, Steve (Cindy) Greer, Wendy (Mark) Lund, Kathy Rockel and their families; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Brad was predeceased by his grandparents, Anne and Gus Fritzler, Elsie and Tom West; and aunt Carolyn Gray. Funeral Services will be held at Holy Nativity Anglican Church (12707 Bonaventure Drive S.E.) on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev’d David A. Guthrie, Presider.
