Obituary of Hailey Lindsay Anita Zeer

It is with profound sadness we announce the tragic and sudden passing of our beloved Hailey on Sunday, September 24, 2006 at the age of 17 years. Hailey was born in Calgary and lived there until her family moved to Cochrane six years ago. She attended Mitford Middle School and Bow Valley High. Her dream was to pursue a career as a Mechanic. Hailey was working part-time at Friends Coffee Shoppe, where she became Head Cook & Bottle Washer, when her mom purchased the business. She was a meticulous worker and she could whip up sandwiches in record time. Hailey was becoming quite the little baker. Hailey is survived by her mom and dad, Wendy and Lorne Zeer; big sister Lisa Zeer; and cherished grandparents Lyle and Anita Marsh and Chuck and Casey Zeer. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles Wayne and Dale Marsh, Lorraine Zeer, Sandra and Wayne Hubele, Tracy and Hal Smith, and Clay and Debbie Zeer; her best friend Ryan Dauncey; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Hailey was predeceased by her Grandma Kay Zeer, cousins Leonard Marsh and Tyler Zeer.
