Obituary of Rose Onespot

Rose “Beatrice” Onespot, beloved wife of Darrell Smarch of Tsuu T’ina Nation, has been called home by our Creator on Friday, September 22, 2006 at the age of 58 years. Besides her loving husband, Darrell, Beatrice is survived by her children and their spouses, David (Ginger), Greg, Leslie (Chris), Gwen (Clayton), Cory (Robyn), Michael, Shawna (Kevin) and Malcolm; parents, Steve and Elsie Mistaken Chief; mother-in-law, Erna Gingold (Onespot); and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by Lottie, Larry, Marie, Ricky, Carolyn, Alfreda, Bruce, John, Marlene and Steve; and numerous extended family. Beatrice was predeceased by her first husband, George Onespot; son Justin; daughter Brenda; sister Debbie; numerous grandchildren and extended family. Wake Services will be held at the residence of Beatrice Onespot (Tsuu T’ina Nation, AB) on Sunday, September 24, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Spirit Catholic Church (10827 – 24th Street S.W.) on Monday, September 25, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev.
