Obituary of Frederick Ralph Hunt

Frederick Ralph Hunt of Calgary passed away on Thursday September 14, 2006, at the age of 87 years. Fred was born in England, son of Alfred and Beatrice Hunt. They came to live in Calgary, where Fred raised his family and founded a successful business. He was a colourful character and a devoted family man and will be sadly missed. Fred is survived by his son Ron Hunt; and his four grandchildren, Tracy, Travis, Alana and Ryan. He was predeceased by his loving wife of sixty years Alice; his son Reg; and his sister Hilda Jamison. Respecting the family’s wishes there will be no formal service held. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Heart and Stroke Fund.
