Obituary of Theresa Chisholm

Theresa Chisholm, age 65, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 1, 2006 after a short but courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Born in Sydney, N.S., she and her husband and infant son moved to Medicine Hat, AB in 1962, later taking up residence in Nelson, B.C. The family moved to Calgary, AB in 1970. She will be fondly remembered for her work with the doctors and nurses, especially at the Briar Hill, Westbrook, and Foothills Professional Clinics. Theresa is survived by her husband John, sons, Kenneth (Marino Repetto), Brent, Damon (Sonja LeBorgne); daughters, Shannon (Sam Bashir) and Selina (Rick Doucet); as well as her grandchildren, Nicole, Mariah, and Evan Bashir. She is also survived by two sisters, Yolande Nearing of Sydney, N.S. and Claudette MacNeil of Medway, MA.
