Obituary of Matthew Puetz

Matthew Puetz, beloved son of Bob and Debra Puetz of Calgary, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2006, as a result of a motor vehicle accident, at the age of 22 years. Matthew was on born June 5, 1984 in Calgary. He was looking forward to entering the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Calgary. Matthew was very active, he played hockey, volleyball, baseball, was a swimmer, and especially loved to golf and snowboard. He also enjoyed playing the piano. Besides his loving parents Matthew is remembered by his brother Chad (Maryann) Puetz and their son Nicholas; and two sisters, Charlene (Pat), and Lara Puetz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Matthew was predeceased by his grandparents, Isidore and Agnes Puetz and Dale and Eileen Rousseau.
