Obituary of Eddie Henry Zinkewich

Ed Zinkewich, beloved husband of Ruth Wiltse of Calgary, passed away on August 21, 2006, after a brief struggle with cancer, at the age of 68 years. Eddie was born on the family farm near Ituna, SK and grew up in Brantford, ON. He graduated from McMaster University with a degree in Chemistry and worked in both the paint and construction industries. Besides his loving wife of thirty-five years, Eddie is survived by family, Mark (Darcie), Kathie, Pat (LeeAnn); and grandsons, Jacob, Mitch, Ben, Brady and Cody. He is also survived by his sister Muriel Middleton (Gerard) and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Eddie was predeceased by his father Bill in 1984 and mother Katherine in August of 2006. A Celebration of Eddie’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Saturday, August 26, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
