Obituary of Rosemary Catherine Lockert

It is with deep sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Wife, Mom, and Grandma on August 20, 2006, at the age of 77 years. Rosemary was born in Regina, Saskatchewan on March 15th, 1929. She married Clarence on November 12, 1951, and together with their three daughters they transferred to Calgary, Alberta in 1960, and subsequently to Vancouver, British Columbia and back to Calgary, Alberta. Mom was very proud of the 26 years she spent working part-time for Woodward’s at Chinook Centre and Guilford, British Columbia. She was a long-time member of the St. Bonaventure parish, and was involved with CWL for many years. Rosemary is survived by her loving husband, Clarence; three daughters and sons-in-law, Marilyn and Michael Dell, Maureen and Bill Marsh, Theresa and Glenn Casselman; and son, Paul, as well as grandchildren Matthew and Melissa Price, Adam, Ryan and Jeffery Dell, and Jordan Marsh. Rosemary was predeceased by her parents Matthew and Emelia Mahoney and brother Gerry (Yvonne) Mahoney. The family would like to express their gratitude to the doctors and nursing staff of Unit 46 of the Rockyview Hospital for their compassionate care and support. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church (1600 Acadia Drive S.E.), on Thursday, August 24, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church (1600 Acadia Drive S.E.) on Friday August 25, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Maciej Wos, SDS, Presider.
