Obituary of Sarah-Anne Creighton

Sarah-Anne Creighton, beloved daughter of Leslie and Barry Creighton of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2006 at the age of 8 years. Sarah-Anne was born on April 17, 1998 in Abbotsford, BC. She is survived by her parents Leslie and Barry; brother Thomas and two sisters Megan and Hannah; her grandparents, Bruce and Bernice Creighton of St. Albert, Les and Jill Fragle of Edmonton; two aunts, Roberta Creighton (Joe Hildes) of Invermere, BC, Cindy and Chris Frewin; uncle Tim Fragle (Terra Eberhardt); cousin Brendan Frewin; and great-grandmother Alice Thomson, all of Edmonton. Sarah-Anne developed an unspoken bond over the years with her family, friends and caregivers through her struggle with Cerebral Palsy. The family would like to extend a sincere heartfelt thanks to the many caregivers and special friends at Canuck Place, Abbotsford, Medicine Hat and Calgary, with extra love and thanks to the Ediger, Stobbe and Kujawa families for their friendship and support.
