Obituary of Lawrence G. Hergenhein

It is with great sorrow that the family wishes to announce the passing of Lawrence Gordon Hergenhein, beloved husband of Mary. Lawrence passed away peacefully at his home in Champion on August 9, 2006 after a short battle with cancer, at the age of 71 years. Lawrence was born in Carstairs, AB on December 21, 1934. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Mary, of 51 years, and his children Rosalind (Renus) Van Hal, Dana (Margo) Hergenhein, Judy Culling and family, Wendy (Rick) Anderson, Sherry Matthews and family; twelve grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Lawrence is also survived by his Mother-in-Law, his brothers and sisters, in-laws, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, two brothers, a sister and a granddaughter. A celebration of Lawrence’s life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Thursday, August 17, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
